Wire Sculpture

Apr. 5 - May 24, 2017

Wednesdays 2:30 - 4:00 PM

Course Description:  Students will create a wire sculpture that represents a vision of themselves.  The resulting lasting piece of art will feature an individual’s characteristics and personality through the sculpture’s shape, size, position, motion, and other unique elements.  Students will demonstrate ability to make choices about the size, shape, and other features of the sculpture.  Through working with wire and tools, students will develop hand strength and fine motor skills.  This integrated class will foster positive relationships between instructor and her assistants with the students, as well as student to student relationships.

Tuition: $100 (8 week session) and $40 materials fee
